"Chase" is an Approved HUD FHA 203k Consultant/Inspector #S0821, Home Style Inspector, Manufactured Home Inspector, International Code Council Member, Owens Corning Roof Data Technician, certified by InterNACHI, HUD, ICA and IAC2 as an Advanced Radon Measurement Service Provider and a General Contractor with many years of experience in Northwest residential and commercial construction.

HOME INSPECTIONS:  What we do for you to protect your family and investment; The Inspector shall "inspect readily accessible, visually observable, installed systems and components" including:

*Structural components, foundation, basements, framing, attached carports and garages 

*Exterior walls, siding, doors, decks, patios and attached covers, porches, eaves and overhangs 

*Roofing, flashing, valleys, chimneys, drainage, gutters and down spouts

*Plumbing, water supply, fixtures, drains, faucets, hot water heaters, venting, locate shut off valves

*Electrical panels, wiring, service drops, conductors, grounding, fixtures, receptacles, GFCI and AFCI

*Heating, installed equipment, distribution, venting, duct work, Delta T measurements

*Air conditioning equipment through access panels, note refrigerant type, capacity and approximate age

*Interior walls, ceilings, doors, countertops, cabinets, stairways, and windows

*Insulation in attics and crawl spaces, approximate R factor and ventilation

*Fireplaces and fuel burning appliances, stoves, chimneys, boilers and piping
